George at Sustainable Life Coach, is an exceptional coach. He led two outstanding sessions on my Yoga Retreat. His ability to hold space for the group was impeccable, and his creative exercises encouraged students to open up and share their insights. The sessions struck a perfect balance between learning, reflecting, sharing, and understanding. I highly recommend working with him.

One to One Sessions

Turn moments into memories with One to One Coaching that gives personalised time to every guest, moving them closer to the person they know they can be.

  • Each One to One session is organised with the retreat in mind. Slots are allocated according to the number of guests participating and scheduled around other activities, for a seamless experience.

  • When things are good we “turn up the volume”. The same goes for coaching.
Turning up the volume is when the deep work happens - on retreat guests will always have the master control as to how deep the session goes.

  • Great work takes time. The same goes for coaching. We can feel the effects of a great insight for days even weeks after. So checking in post retreat will always be a priority, ensuring a quality experience and no questions left un answered.

George has such a loving and understanding nature that you immediately feel completely at home with him and want to tell him everything. He then filtered all the information to a couple strategies that really helped me to get on a clearer path with looking back and into the future, but without the overload of too many options and actions. Instead two three clear first steps that aren’t too big so I kept being motivated and enjoy the ride with his support.

Bring your community together…

Hosting a retreat can be daunting. Having support in those moments can be the difference between success and love lost between your group.

  • Imagine having someone by your side, assisting you with the connection between the group. Taking on the conversations that come from deep work.

  • Your vision and style dont need to be comprimised - they need to be celebrated. Having a coach support you when things get tough, takes the stress out of retreat life and empowers you to turn up the way best way you can.

  • Everyone is different and sometimes holding space can be tough. Your coach will pick up on the nuances of the group and help curate your culture of community - so everyone, including you, can have the time of their lives.
